My philosophy
High Vibrancy Living is rooted in my own personal journey of transformation and healing. Born out of a time when I felt lost, overwhelmed by unexplained emotions, and self-destructive behaviours.
I hit a huge turning point in 2013, this sparked an awakening and launched my journey towards self-improvement and healing.
Fast forward 11 years and after a decade of practicing OSHO active meditations, participating in plant medicine ceremonies, and using frequency tools. I discovered the healing power of nature combined with Science. It was then I realised my purpose - to spread love and healing and to help others feel whole again.
